Pine Nut Shelling Machine, Pine Nut Hulling Machine, Pine Nut Cracking Machine
The pistachio/pine nut shelling machine designed for removing the outer shells of pistachios/pine nut and pine nuts, high rate of kernels and high separation rate.
Working Principle:
1. Better grading the pistachios/pine nuts first, to get same size pistchios/pine nuts, then pour into shelling machine.
2. After shelling , we can get shell, pistachio kernel, broken shells, and unshelled pistachio.
3. Shells, broken shells come out from the bottom discharge outlet.
4. Pistachio kernels come out from the second-layer discharge outlet.
5. Unsehlled pistachio will back to shelling machine, cracking the shell again.
